                   AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A SEWER EASEMENT
                   LOCATED ON LOTS 230 AND 231, PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE
                   71, COLONIAL SHORES, UNIT 7, MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
         abandoned a sewer easement located on Lots 230 and 231, Plat 
Book
         34, Page 71, Colonial Shores, Unit 7, as more particularly
         described in the map attached hereto.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as 
provided
         by law.
